Bank agents are more and more subjected to incivility when they work to welcome clients in branches.
The objective of the SPOD system is to detect and report the stress generated by this type of situation as early as possible in order to trigger help as quickly as possible.
To develop the algorithms necessary for its detection treatments, the SPOD project requires physiological measurements of agents in “normal” and “abnormal” situations of incivility.
To facilitate and make these situations reproducible, we have supported the Eryma company in the design and development of immersive simulation software using the Oculus Rift.
This tool is also intended to be used for the training of agents. Indeed the latter have to prepare for this kind of increasingly frequent situations.
